Dennis L. Thompson: Co-Chairman.
Mr. Thompson created Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and served as Chairman of the Board of Total Entertainment Restaurant Corporation, a publicly traded company operating 90 sports oriented restaurants under the names "Fox and Hound" and "Bailey Sports Grille" (which he co-founded). Mr. Thompson was the co-founder and a director of Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc. and served as that company’s Vice President of Real Estate from 1992 to 1997. He was a franchisee of Godfather’s Pizza, operating 40 locations until that business was sold in 1983.
S. Douglas Glendenning: Co-Chairman.
Mr. Glendenning served as a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lone Star Steakhouse from 1992 to 1996 and was a Director of the Hollywood Entertainment Corporation from 2001 to 2005, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Special Committee that represented Shareholders, resulting in the successful sale of Hollywood in 2005. Mr. Glendenning currently serves as a Director on the Board of Jimmy Johns, Inc, the rapidly growing National Franchisor of 1,200+ Sandwich Shops. Mr. Glendenning is also the owner of G-Enterprises Inc, a private holding and management company with investments in Restaurants, Real Estate and Capital Services.
